Abstract

This study is entitled "Audit of Website Content Communication of PT. Dutabudi Tulusrejo as a Company Information Media" by Riszky Reddy Panantiyan. This study analyzes using the application of the AIDDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) in website content as a company information media. This study aims to conduct a communication audit of the website content of PT. Dutabudi Tulusrejo as a company information media. In today's digital era, websites are one of the main channels for companies to convey information to the public, and the quality of the content presented greatly influences the company's image. The research method used is a qualitative approach with content analysis, where data is obtained through an evaluation of website elements such as structure, design, and quality of information presented. The results of the study indicate that the website content of PT. Dutabudi Tulusrejo still needs to be improved in terms of the recency, clarity, and relevance of the information presented, so that it can be more effective in meeting the information needs of users. In addition, aspects of interactivity and user-friendly navigation are also important factors in improving user experience. This study concludes that by conducting regular content communication audits and continuous improvement, PT Dutabudi Tulusrejo can maximize the function of the website as an effective information media and support the company's positive image in the eyes of the public.
