Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Audit Komunikasi Konten Website PT. Dutabudi Tulusrejo Sebagai Media Informasi Perusahaan” oleh Riszky Reddy Panantiyan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dengan menggunakan penerapan model AIDDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) dalam konten website sebagai media informasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan audit komunikasi konten website PT. Dutabudi Tulusrejo sebagai media informasi perusahaan. Dalam era digital saat ini, website menjadi salah satu saluran utama bagi perusahaan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada publik, dan kualitas konten yang disajikan sangat berpengaruh terhadap citra perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis konten, di mana data diperoleh melalui evaluasi terhadap elemen-elemen website seperti struktur, desain, dan kualitas informasi yang disampaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten website PT. Dutabudi Tulusrejo masih perlu ditingkatkan dari segi keterbaruan, kejelasan, dan relevansi informasi yang disajikan, sehingga dapat lebih efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengguna. Selain itu, aspek interaktivitas dan navigasi yang user-friendly juga menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan melakukan audit komunikasi konten secara berkala dan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan, PT Dutabudi Tulusrejo dapat memaksimalkan fungsi website sebagai media informasi yang efektif dan mendukung citra positif perusahaan di mata publik.
