Abstract

As the country's future generation, students are at the forefront, but it appears that few of them are interested in organizing. This study aims to determine how much parental social support and academic resilience influence students' interest in organizations. The goal of this quantitative correlational study is to determine how parental social support and organizational interest relate to academic resilience. Up to 348 of the study's respondents were enrolled students in Surabaya. Multiple regression analysis is the method of analysis employed. According to the data, there was a 22% impact from organizational interest and a 0.226 association between academic resilience and parental social support. Academic resilience and parental social support are positively correlated, with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.005). demonstrates a partial beneficial relationship between parental social support and organizational involvement and academic resilience. The findings of this study may serve as a basis for developing and assessing organizational interest in pupils.
