Abstract
PT. ABC is a company that produces paper, one of which is in the loose leaf section. The loose leaf departement is a division that produces loose books, one of which is binder books. In the manual finishing area there is waste that causes transportation and motion movements on the operator whicth results in not focusing on the main job. By knowing the value stream mapping, body map questionnaire, antropometric measurement, design, working time measurement. From the results of processing the loose leaf division in the manual finishing section for 7 working hours, it was found that the initial condition for doing work on average per person was 108,43 pack/person, while for the results of improving the work system and the proposed design of work facilities, the average operator was 138,31 pack/person.
