Abstract

This research aims to understand how the marketing communication strategy implemented by Photose Studio Surabaya increases the number of consumers. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Based on theories relevant to marketing strategy, Photose Studio uses various types of marketing communication strategies, namely pull strategy, push strategy, and profile strategy. The research results show that these strategies have been successfully implemented by Photose Studio to expand the market, maintain consumer loyalty and maintain the company's image. The marketing communication strategy used by Photose Studio is in line with the elements in promotion mix theory. The main component in Photose Studio's marketing strategy is advertising, which is the most frequently used and has a significant influence on increasing consumers. Overall, the marketing communication strategy implemented has been successful in achieving the goal of increasing the number of consumers at Photose Studio.
