Abstract

This research aims to develop a teacher performance evaluation system based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The system is designed to assist schools in objectively and transparently evaluating teacher performance based on predetermined criteria. In its implementation, the system utilizes interconnected tables in a database, such as teacher, criteria, sub-criteria, assessment, and other tables. The final assessment results are obtained by normalizing the criteria scores and applying appropriate weights, which are then summed to obtain the final score for each teacher. Additionally, the system provides comprehensive data management features accessible only by the admin. With this system, it is expected that the process of evaluating teacher performance can be carried out more efficiently and accurately, producing data that can be used for better decision-making. The testing methods used include Black Box Testing and UMUX-LITE.
