Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and examine the influence of LeaderMember Exchange, quality of work life, and Resilience on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior and Employee Well-Being in real estate companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study is a quantitative research with a survey approach, thus using statistical techniques to test its hypotheses. The population of this research is all employees of real estate companies, and the planned sample is 339 people, but the actual collected respondents were 273 (achieving a level of 80.5%). The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with IBMAMOS 24 software. The results of the research indicate that Leader-Member Exchange, Quality of WorkLife, and Resilience each have a direct, positive, and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior as well as on Employee Well-Being. LeaderMember Exchange and Resilience each have a direct and significant influence on Employee Performance, but Quality of Work-Life does not have an influence on Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not influence Employee Performance, but Employee Well-Being has a direct and significant influence on Employee Performance. Employee Well-Being does not significantly influence Employee Well-Being.
