Abstract

Menganalisis dan membangun strategi pengembangan bisnis pada 12 Agen Telur Surabaya. Serta membuat strategi pemasaran dalam rangka mengembangkan bisnis agen telur dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan BMC sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman apa saja yang akan dialami jika ingin memulai bisnis agen telur. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT sebagai alat untuk menyusun dan melaksanakan pengembangan usaha di bidang agen telur, sehingga menghasilkan suatu usaha yang berkembang dan mempunyai strategi pemasaran dan perhitungan ekonomi yang baik dan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Faktor internal yang dimiliki Agen Telur 12 Surabaya didasarkan pada, kualitas telur yang baik sehingga tercipta hubungan yang baik antara pengusaha dan konsumen, lokasi yang memadai dan strategis juga menjadi pilihan bagi pengusaha untuk mencapai kesuksesan yang ingin dicapai pengusaha, gratis ongkos kirim ke seluruh pelanggan , kebersihan produk yang selalu menjadi keunggulan produk kami, selalu menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat untuk membeli telur di agen telur 12 surabaya. Strategi pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan oleh 12 Agen Telur Surabaya adalah dengan melakukan promosi produk yang harus sering dilakukan agar dapat menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas, serta mencatat kerugian finansial yang signifikan guna mengetahui kerugian atau keuntungan yang bersangkutan. Hasil tabel diatas menunjukkan bahwa strategi utama yang dihasilkan adalah strategi SO dengan skor tertinggi sebesar 4,51 pada posisi 1 yaitu menggunakan kekuatan untuk merebut dan memanfaatkan peluang sebaik-baiknya.
