Abstract
The company faces challenges in raising quality standards amid an increasingly competitive work environment. One key aspect to support this is timely salary payments, which can optimize both employee productivity and job satisfaction, as well as benefit the company itself. CV. Graha Raharja has encountered difficulties in providing appropriate salary bonuses to its employees. The case study conducted using the TOPSIS method aims to improve the accuracy of salary bonus determination based on employee data patterns. The proposed information system is designed to address the payroll challenges at CV. Graha Raharja, with the hope of providing more accurate bonus recommendations in accordance with the unique characteristics and contributions of each employee. Therefore, the implementation of the TOPSIS method is expected to enhance fairness in bonus distribution and help the company improve its quality standards amidst increasing competition. Additionally, the System Usability Scale (SUS) will be used to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the proposed information system.
