Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the efforts to achieve community economic prosperity. Which is linked to issues of poverty and development. BUMDesma is a step from the government by collaborating with villages related to productive business and economy. The aim of this research is to identify Community Empowerment through Integrated Management of Village-Owned Enterprises with Sumberrejo Berkah Mandiri Sejahtera (SBMS) Village Financial Institutions (LKD) Sumberrejo District Bojonegoro Regency.. The method used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Based on the results and discussions analyzed using the ACTORS Theory by Sarah Cook and Steve Macaulay, the resulting findings are the authority possessed based on PDTT Ministerial Decree No.11 of 2021 and Government Regulation (PP) No.11 of 2021. BUMDesma SBMS Lkd is a transformation of the Ex PNPM-Mpd and now it is a legal entity so it will make it easier to form a business. The formation of a business unit must be jointly approved through an Inter-Village Deliberation (MAD) and as a responsibility for activities and financial management every 1 year and management is based on AD/ART. The efforts made by BUMDesma SBMS Lkd for business development are through coaching. Activities are supervised by administrators or managers. Capital participation from the village government and the private sector is very necessary to create new businesses apart from revolving funds (SPP) so optimal management is needed. Due to obstacles BUMDesma SBMS Lkd still has limitations in establishing new business units. BUMDesma is expected to achieve independence and create businesses where fifty-fifty is needed, meaning 50% of BUMDesma and 50% of the community.
