Abstract

CV. Andhika Kencana merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa di bidang konstruksi. CV. Andhika Kencana kini sedang melaksanakan proyek di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia yang salah satunya adalah proyek instalasi pipa air di PT. ECCO Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode untuk menganalisis jadwal pengerjaan proyek yaitu metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Project Evaluation And Review Technique (PERT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jalur lintasan kritis proyek pada kedua metode ini sama, yaitu kegitatan A-B-C-D-G-H-KL-M-N-O. Pada metode CPM mendapatkan jumlah durasi waktu selama 65 hari yang dimana waktu penyelesaiannya lebih cepat 1,15% dari waktu normalnya yaitu 75 hari. Sedangkan pada metode PERT mendapatkan jumlah durasi waktu selama 66,2 hari kerja dengan peluang penyelesaian proyek sebesar 70,88% yang dimana waktu penyelesaiannya lebih cepat 1,13% dari waktu normalnya. Untuk biaya pada proyek instalasi pipa air ini diperlukan anggaran sebesar Rp. 5.140.142.986. Perbandingan antara penjadwalan proyek sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan percepatan cukup mengalami perbedaan. Sebelum dilakukan percepatan proyek dapat terselesaikan selama 65 hari dengan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 5.140.142.986. Sedangkan setelah dilakukan percobaan percepatan dengan menambah hari kerja pada hari minggu sebanyak 4 hari, sehingga proyek dapat terselesaikan lebih awal pada tanggal 2 Oktober dari yang sebelumnya proyek dijawalakan selesai pada tanggal 7 Oktober dengan anggaran sebesar Rp.5.141.267.986 yang dimana anggarannya bertambah sebanyak Rp.1.124.982 untuk dapat menyelesaikan proyek lebih awal.
