Abstract

A phenomenon that occurs in work where competition is getting tighter to get a job, thus triggering someone to set up a business but companies or entrepreneurs must be able to cope with existing changes, both in terms of marketing and service in making plans, especially entrepreneurs in the Indonesian Cleanwear business which is a shoe washing service business and bags, the extent to which the use of Digital Marketing and Service Quality at Cleanwear Indonesia influences consumer purchasing decisions. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The analysis technique used in this research uses quantitative analysis techniques, namely data collection techniques in the form of numbers obtained from questionnaire results which are then processed into statistical data. In the results of research tests that have been carried out, the research results show that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on the decision to purchase services at Cleanwear Indonesia in Surabaya. The results of the research show that service quality has a significant influence on the decision for purchasing services at Cleanwear Indonesia in Surabaya. The results of the F (simultaneous) test show that Digital Marketing (X1) and Service Quality (X2) together have a significant influence on the decision Purchasing (Y) Digital Marketing provides an advertisement for Cleanwear Indonesia, which has the concept of creative advertising ideas to attract consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Service Quality at Cleanwear Indonesia can increase trust and comfort in customer purchasing decisions. Digital Marketing and Service Quality can serve as a reference to influence consumer purchasing decisions about Indonesian Cleanwear companies.
