Abstract

This research is entitled "Marketing Communication Strategy PT. Fortindo Cemerlang Perkasa Via Shopee To Grow brand image”. Online shopping is currently very popular among people. Support for increasingly widespread internet access and only needing one device means that people can easily find their daily needs without having to leave the house. Online shopping doesn't mean it doesn't have its drawbacks. People can only rely on visual displays such as photos and videos about products and also testimonials from other buyers to convince themselves whether to buy the product or not. For this reason, the right strategy is needed so that online product sales are successful. PT. Fortindo Cemerlang Perkasa has a shop on Shopee called the electrical shop. The marketing communication strategy is carried out by PT. Fortindo Cemerlang Perkasa to attract buyers and provide the best service to grow brand image shop. The concept used to map out the marketing communication strategy is to use the 7P marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence as well as IMC Communication Theory (Integrated Marketing Communication) to find the elements of communication. This research method is qualitative and uses triangulation techniques to check whether the data collected by the researcher is valid or not. Data collection was carried out by interviewing three people, first Suwarni as the person in charge of the company, second Debby as the online store admin, third Ima as host live electrical shop.
