Abstract

The thesis with the title "Communication Strategy for Padelegan Beach Managers in Building an Image Through Social Media" was written by Bima Pramayuda Ardiansyah, NIM 1152000242. Supervising lecturer 1 Dr. Bambang Sigit Pramono, S.Sos., M.Sc. Supervisor 2 Drs. Widyatmo Ekoputro, MA. This thesis research is motivated by the potential that Padelegan Beach has, which is actually very good, such as its natural beauty and easy access, but it is still not noticed by tourists. So researchers and Padelegan beach management organizations carry out communication strategies through social media platforms. And in this way, it will create a special attraction for local tourists and even tourists from outside the region to come to Padelegan Beach. The data analysis technique used is qualitative, if the empirical data obtained is qualitative data in the form of a collection of words and not a series of numbers and is not can be arranged into categories/classification structures. The results of research conducted by researchers from interviews and documentation related to the communication strategy of Padelegan beach managers using social media platforms to increase the number of tourists. The marketing communication strategy is carried out via Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
