Abstract

PT. Arista Jaya Lestari Branch Tunjungan merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif, untuk melayani keseluruhan layanan penjualan unit hingga maintenance kendaraan mobil (after sales service) brand mobil Wuling. Dalam meningkatkan proses layanan sevice kendaraan atau maintenance, sangat dibutuhkan adanya ketersediaan suku cadang yang optimal. Dari data persediaan di gudang, mayoritas suku cadang yang disimpan di gudang tergolong dalam suku cadang slow moving. Dengan melakukan pendekatan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) dan kebijakan persediaan probabilistik diharapkan mampu untuk mengklasfikasikan kebutuhan suku cadang sesuai dengan tingkat kekritisan atau kebutuhan maintenance dan mendapatkan nilai kuantitas order yang paling optimal. Berdasarkan klasifikasi dengan metode FMEA didapatkan kesimpulan consumable part yang tergolong critical (high risik) terdiri dari 19 item, consumable part yang tegolong semi critical terdiri dari 7 item suku cadang dan consumable part yang tergolong non critical hanya terdiri 1 item. Sedangkan, hasil perhitungan kebijakan persediaan dengan metode Periodic Review System (R,s,S) menghasilkan biaya Rp5.544.985 dan mampu melakukan penghematan total inventory cost sebanyak 60,51% dari kondisi ekisting perusahaan dengan nilai service level ketersediaan suku cadang consumable secara keseluruhan yaitu 100% (demand dapat terpenuhi). Pada metode Continuous Review System (s,S) menghasilkan biaya Rp10.862.643 dan mampu melakukan penghematan total inventory cost sebanyak 79,76% dari kondisi ekisting perusahaan dengan nilai service level ketersediaan suku cadang consumable berada pada range 92%-100%.
