Abstract

UMKM milik Pak Rizal yang berada di Desa Jeruk gamping , Kec. Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. UKM kerupuk Pak Rizal sudah berdiri dan menjalankan proses bisnisnya dari tahun 2006. sejak awal berdiri, UKM kerupuk Pak Rizal hanya memproduksi kerupuk jenis kerupuk mawar. Proses pemisahan kerupuk yang dilakukan secara manual mengakibatkan output yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal dikarenakan prosesnya memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin merancang sebuah mesin pemisah kerupuk dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi dan spesifikasi yang menyesuaikan kondisi di UMKM kerupuk guna meningkatkan output pada proses pemisahan kerupuk. Mesin dibuat dengan menggunakan antropometri pekerja sehingga dihasilkan dimensi TSB 103,5 cm, JTD 67,25 dan TPGB 92,87. Setelah mesin dibuat lalu dilakukan uji coba sehingga menghasilkan perbedaan hasil, untuk hasil sebelum dilakukan perancangan didapatkan output sebelum perancangan diperoleh 28kg/jam dengan waktu baku 129,5 detik/kg dan produktivitasnya sebesar 18,6%. Sedangkan ouput sesudah perancangan diperoleh output 95kg/jam dengan waktu baku 37,9 detik/kg dan produktivitasnya sebesar 63%. Maka dapat dilihat dari hasil sesudah perancangan produktivitas meningkat 44,4%.
