Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work morale and work motivation, on employee performance at PT. Saromah All Mukarromah Surabaya. The data used is primary data. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Saromah All Mukarromah Surabaya with 56 employees. The sample used was 56 people with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and observations. From this explanation, the authors suggest that the motivation given must be appropriate in terms of giving awards, attention, competition and pride that are treated fairly to every employee. In addition, motivation can also improve employee work discipline so that it will have an impact on employee performance. And for further researchers to be able to develop other factors or variables that might be able to develop other factors or other variables thatcan affect employee performance.
