Abstract
This research has a purpose that is to test the effect of profitability, liquidity, profit growth against dividend policy. The population in this study is all food and beverage companies. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling and 7 samples were obtained as the criteria of food and beverage companies listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2013 - 2016. The data source of this research is from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id, and Investment Gallery University 17 August 1945 Surabaya. Hypothesis testing of this research using multiple liniear regression analysis technique with SPSS version 23 program. The result of this research shows that simultaneously profitability, liquidity and profit growth influence to dividend policy with result 0.001 <0,05. And the result of research partially: (1) profitability influence to dividend policy with value signifikansi 0,012 <0,05. (2) Liquidity effect on dividend policy with significance value 0,008 <0,05. And (3) profit growth with a significance value of 0.045 which means below 0.05 can be said to have a significant effect on dividend policy
