Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze credit risk management strategies, regulatory compliance, quality of credit information on credit restructuring policies with mediation of credit risk management processes and moderation of internal control in commercial banks during the co-19 pandemic. The research method uses a design that explains the causal relationship with the type of quantitative research with data processing using partial less square with 100 respondents through distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Credit Risk Management Strategy variable has a positive and significant effect on the Credit Risk Management Process variable. This shows that in general, the conditions of Credit Risk Management Strategy, Compliance to Regulation, Quality of Credit Information Technology, Credit Restructuring Policy, Credit Risk Management Process, Credit Risk and Internal Control at the banks studied are at a very good level. Bank compliance with banking regulations has no direct effect on improving the quality of the Credit Risk Management Process at commercial banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The quality of Credit Information Technology has an influence on improving the quality of the Credit Risk Management Process at commercial banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of the Credit Restructuring Policy has an influence on improving the quality of the Credit Risk Management Process at commercial banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic.
