This research is the effect of distance education, learning motivation and adversity quotient on student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic at the University of 17 August 1945, Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of distance education, learning motivation and adversity quotient on student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic at the University of 17 August 1945, Surabaya, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used by the researcher is the type of quantitative research. The sampling method used is probability sampling. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and determination test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Distance Education and Learning Achievement, Learning Motivation with Learning Achievement and Adversity Quotient on Learning Achievement. And there is a simultaneous influence of Distance Education, Learning Motivation and Adversity Quotient on Learning Achievement.
