Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Village Finance System (SISKEUDES) Based Cash Management System (CMS) application in village financial management and to know the impact of its application. This study is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources obtained in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman models, which include data reduction, data presentation, and inference drawing. The results of the study showed that the application of SISKEUDES application in Karangwaru village has gone well. As evidenced by the increasingly transparent and accountable management of village finances, as well as village tools that greatly assisted in making financial reporting. However, there are still obstacles in its use such as poor Internet networks, frequent application errors, and incompetent Human Resources. Financial management in Karangwaru village using SISKEUDES application is in accordance with PERMENDAGRI No. 20 of 2018. The implementation of CMS connected with the SISKEUDES application has also gone well, proven by the more efficient and effective village authorities in conducting financial transactions.
