Abstract
This research is based on the existing phenomenon. The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain a study of the influence of the Effect of Workload, Work- Life Balance, and Work Stress on Job Burnout in Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Surabaya City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 74 teachers. The sampling method in this study used a type of non-probability sampling with total sampling technique. The types of questionnaires used in this study were direct questionnaires and online questionnaires. In this study, the analysis method used is quantitative data. To do so, using the SPSS 27 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. From the results of data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the workload variable does not have a significant effect on job burnout. This means that there is an influence of workload on job burnout but not significant, so the hypothesis is rejected. From the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that the work-life balance variable has a significant effect on job burnout. This means that there is an influence of work-life balance on job burnout, so the hypothesis is accepted. From the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that the work stress variable has a significant effect on job burnout. This means that there is an influence of job stress on job burnout, so the hypothesis is accepted. From the results of data analysis that has been done, it is obtained that the variables of workload, work-life balance and work stress have a significant effect on job burnout. This means that there is an influence of workload, work-life balance and work stress together on job burnout. So that the hypothesis is accepted.
