Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis layak atau tidaknya Usaha Warung Kopi Di Desa Petiken Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik ditinjau dari aspek finansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi analisis yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 (enam) pemilik warung kopi sebagai informan yang berguna dalam pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara, serta kuisioner. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 6 pemilik usaha warung kopi di Desa Siwalanpanji Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik memiliki rata-rata biaya total yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 14.732.285 dengan rata-rata penerimaan yang diterima sebesar Rp 21.011.833 dan rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 6.279.548. Dengan hasil analisis kelayakan dari 6 pemilik usaha warung kopi di Desa Siwalanpanji Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik nilai B/C Ratio, R/C Ratio dan ROI dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.
