Abstract
The aim of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation and competence on the performance of the Sumenep Regency Satpol PP. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the analysis technique uses SPSS 26. The research results show that the variables Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Competence (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). This is known from the F test results which show that the sig. in the F test it is 0.000, which means < 0.05, so the influence of all independent variables consisting of the variables Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Competency (X3) simultaneously influences the Performance of Sumenep Satpol PP Employees (Y) Thus, the research hypothesis which states "There is a significant influence of the variables Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Competence (X3), simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y)" is proven to be true.
