Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of price, price of other goods, consumer income, consumer tastes, and restaurant location on the demand for ramen food at Gyudonay Surabaya. This type and source of research data uses a quantitative approach with primary data and secondary data. This study used 100 samples. The research variable consists of the dependent variable, namely the demand for Gyudonay ramen food, and the independent variable consisting of price variables. prices of other goods, consumer income, consumer tastes and restaurant location. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing technique using the F test and t-test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y-0.202 +0.189.17 -0.360.12+0.001X3+0.312.84+0.114.15+e The t-count of the price of ramen food at Gyudonay Surabaya is 2.102, the price of other goods (substitutes) is 4.515, consumer income is 0.031, consumer tastes are 4.518 and the location of the restaurant is 2.077. Meanwhile, for simultaneous testing the F-count value is 66.016 with a significance probability value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus Ha and H1 are accepted. The conclusion of this study shows that price, price of other goods, consumer income, consumer lastes, and restaurant location affect the demand for ramen food at Gyridonay Surabaya.
