Abstract

This study aims to examines and analyze the effects of self-efficacy, achievement motivation, competence and training on organizational learning, career development and lecturer performance at PGRI Colleges in East Java. The research method this study using causal explanatory research. The population consist of 292 permanent lecturers at the East Java PGRI College. Distribution of survey questionnaires using simple random sampling. The number of samples obtained was 170 respondents. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and AMOS version 24 statistical programs. Data analyses prove that: (1) self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and career development but have a positive and not significant effect on the performance of lecturers. (2) Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and lecturer performance but has a positive and not significant effect on career development. (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning, career development, and lecturer performance. (4) Training has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning, but has a positive and not significant effect on career development and lecturer performance. (5) Organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on career development and lecturer performance. (6) Career development has a positive and not significant effect on the lecturer performance.
