Abstract

PT. Mhe Demag Indonesia is a material handling manufacturing company based in Germany. Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Singapore, PT. Mhe Demag has 11 factories and more than 70 service locations across Asia - Pacific. PT. Mhe Demag Indonesia produces crane and dock lavel production. Companies use project management to know when crane construction can be completed on time. Project management is needed to know the effective and efficient time to complete the project on time. This research uses the Critical Path Method (CPM) to efficiently and effectively apply the time scheduled by the company. To optimize effectiveness and efficiency by minimizing inefficient and effective time. Labor costs and overtime costs to accelerate using the Time Cost Trade Off method are useful for finding out how much costs are required when the project is completed using an additional 3 hours of overtime and the cost of working hours (overtime) on work on critical paths, then get a value of 0, 02% for project time efficiency and a value of 0.12% for accelerated cost efficiency of IDR. 58,000,0000 from the time cost trade off analysis and the company can find out the expenses incurred to minimize losses.
