Abstract

In the world of business and organizations, companies or organizations must be able to adapt to new technologies to optimize individual performance. One very important aspect is Knowledge Sharing (KS) or knowledge sharing between team or organization members. This knowledge sharing process often does not run effectively due to lack of access to the information needed, the difficulty of sharing knowledge between team or organization members, or perhaps the absence of a formal system to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and information. Therefore, a more effective and efficient method is needed to manage knowledge and facilitate KS. This research aims to design an Android-based knowledge sharing application. Testing was carried out using 80 test cases on black box testing and a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire with 10 respondents. The test results showed the success of all test cases and the SUS score value of 67. From these results, the knowledge sharing application is ready to be implemented as a medium for sharing knowledge in the Consultant Organization. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the design of knowledge sharing applications in these organizations.
