Abstract

The current development of the business world has triggered the emergence of small and medium businesses that exist in the global economy and offer a variety of food and beverage products that vary according to market demand. This indirectly triggers competition between business actors and has the potential to trigger environmental damage if not handled seriously. This condition also increases the risk of environmental damage. Several efforts that can be made to overcome this are by pursuing, green transformational leadership and organizational culture at the business actor level. Furthermore, green transformational leadership and organizational culture will influence the environmental performance of business actors with green human resource management and green innovation as mediation. This research sses a type of causal research. The number of research samples used was 400 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a chater sampling approach. The variables in this research are green transformational leadership, organizational culture, environmental performance, green human resource management, and green innovation. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling. From the results of data analysis, it was found that green transformational leadership has a significant effect on green human resource management and environmental performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on green human resource management and green innovation, organizational culture has no significant effect on environmental performance, green human resource management has a significant effect on environmental performance, as well as green innovation have a significant effect on the environmental performance of small and medium enterprises in East Java.
