Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with the quarter life crisis of employees at company x. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and social support with quarter life crises. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 277 employees using simple random sampling technique so that this study involved 164 employees aged 20-30 years. Data collection uses 3 scales, namely the self-efficacy scale, social support scale and quarter life crisis scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 for windows with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the value of self-efficacy has a negative correlation of -0.668 with sig. 0.000 (<0.05) and the value of social support has a negative correlation of -0.469 with sig. 0.000 (<0.05). This shows that the higher the value of self-efficacy and social support, the lower the value of quarter life crisis, and vice versa.
