Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out about the legality of teleconsultation health services performed by doctors through the Halodoc platform. So that you can also find out about the legal responsibilities of doctors who provide teleconsultation through the Halodoc platform. In the very rapid economic and technological developments in Indonesia, a new health service system has arisen, namely in the form of remote consultation services, commonly called teleconsultation. The legality of doctors in this teleconsultation service only needs a practice certificate (SIP) and registration certificate (STR). The form of doctor's responsibility in teleconsultation health services is divided into three aspects, namely civil liability, criminal liability, and administrative responsibility. This research uses normative legal research, using statutory research approaches and conceptual approach. Based on this research, it can be concluded that teleconsultation health services have not been regulated specifically or explicitly, the existing rules only regulate referrals and telemedicine between health care facilities. It is necessary to construct laws and regulations governing the licensing of telemedicine that protects providers and recipients of health services through telemedicine.
