Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan antara keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) dan kematangan emosi dengan kepuasan pernikahan suami istri pada perkawinan matrilineal di Kabupaten Ngada (2) hubungan antara keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) dengan kepuasan pernikahan suami istri pada perkawinan matrilineal di Kabupaten Ngada (3) hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan kepuasan pernikahan suami istri pada perkawinan matrilineal di Kabupaten Ngada. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui arah dan pengaruh keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) dan kematangan emosi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada perkawinan matrilineal di Kabupaten Ngada. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa skala kepuasan pernikahan, skala keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) dan skala kematangan emosi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa keterbukaan diri (self disclosure) dan kematangan emosi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada perkawinan matrilineal di Kabupaten Ngada baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
