Abstract
Investorsoneed a calculation model for stockoinvesments. This research uses theocapm method (captal asset pricing model) inomaking stock investment decisions. This study aims to find out which stocks are undervaluedoand overvalued in making investment decisionsoon JII. The accuracy of the capm method is measured from the capm, expected return,osecurity market line. The sampleoused in this study wasopurposive sampling with criteria for companies that were consistently registered in the 2018-2019 period. The data used in thisoresearch is secondary data. The analysisoconducted in this study usesothe Microsoft excel program to determine return,omarket return, risk-free return, expected returnowith theoCAPM method. The results of thisostudy indicateothat there are 5 undervalued shares and 14 overvaluedoshares. The investors are very important to invest their funds inoundervalued shares so thatothe risks faced can be avoided, so thatoinvestors will get the return expected by the investors. This method is appropriateoto be used as a stock investment decision.
