Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at Perum Perhutani Regional Division of East Java. The place of this research is Perum Perhutani Regional Division of East Java. Jl. Kali Tile No.49, Genteng, Surabaya, SBY City, East Java 60275. The research was conducted in March – April 2021. This study uses data sampling from 62 employees through the distribution of questionnaires. The type of data used is quantitative. In this study, a t-test was produced showing the transformational leadership style variable has a partial effect on Y with a regression coefficient value of Transformational Leadership Style (X1) of 0.003, the regression coefficient value of Work Discipline (X2) is 0.001, and the coefficient value regression of work motivation (X3) of 0.006, thus each variable X positive and significant effect on variable Y. While the F test, obtained f count > f table that is 20.040 > 2.76 so it can be concluded that the independent variables transformational leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), work motivation (X3) have simultaneous positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y).
