Abstract

Planning and controlling costs and time is part of overall construction management. Problems that often occur during the implementation of project work resulted in a lot of work construction is experiencing problems so that construction work is experiencing delay or stall. This Final Project Research was conducted in Kupang City Type A Passenger Terminal Construction Project Phase IV because the project was delayed. Therefore, at in this research, time and cost analysis will be carried out using Critical Path Method and Crashing Program to find out the cost and time acceleration of the City A Type A Passenger Terminal Construction project Kupang Phase IV. Based on the analysis carried out on the project using Critical Path Method and Crashing Program, so researchers can find out duration of costs and acceleration time on the project after adding working hours (overtime) on work that is on the critical path so that the project completion time was obtained for 15 weeks from the time originally planned for 17 weeks with additional costs after accelerated time that is equal to Rp. 68,250,000.00 or 1.7% of initial cost Rp. 3,834,834,352.41. So the total cost on the Development Project Passenger Terminal after acceleration is Rp.3,903,084,352.41.
