Abstract

Jenis terjemahan Terjemahan teks Teks sumber 1.512 / 5.000 Hasil terjemahan From the results of research through in-depth interviews, reviewing documents and focus group discussions as well as observing and analyzing the problems that exist in the implementation of the medical committee at Serui Hospital, the researchers conclude that: medical committee at the hospital, Serui Hospital has formed a hospital medical committee organization along with the determination of its membership structure. In general, the medical committee at Serui Hospital has not carried out its duties and functions to screen every medical personnel who will carry out medical practice. Likewise, efforts to maintain the quality of medical staff are still managed by hospital management in general and not under the control of the professional quality subcommittee that has been formed. The ethics and professional discipline sub-committee also experienced the same thing, namely not being able to work so that the development of professional ethics and discipline is still the responsibility of hospital management and each medical staff personally. 2. Due to the non-functioning of the medical committee that has been formed, the quality of medical services cannot be said to be up to standard, this can cause problems in medical services. To solve good medical staff problems that arise from customers internally and externally, a new policy can be applied, namely the application of a complaints subcommittee which is expected to resolve the problems of the medical staff internally at the hospital before proceeding to the next level.
