Abstract

Electrical energy is sourced from fossils where the fossil material will slowly run out over time if it is used frequently and depends on fossil materials. For this reason, a breakthrough generator that is environmentally friendly is needed with energy that can be used repeatedly and one of them is water. Various ways have been done to create electrical energy, including Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA), Steam Power Plant (PLTU), and many other energy sources. Currently in Indonesia, hydroelectric power plants are in great demand by the public because they are easy to find and will never run out. Utilization of water as a source of electrical energy can be done by utilizing the flow of energy as an energy generator that is economical and environmentally friendly. One of the tools used to obtain this electrical energy is Piko Hydro. In this case, Piko Hydro is driven by a DC generator to produce electrical energy. In this study, we discuss the generator equipment from the generator to the load where the output is used into two loads, namely the load for public street lighting and lighting for catfish cultivation owned by local residents.
