Abstract

Client loyalty is not easily built just like that, a strategy is needed to make prospective clients/clients feel comfortable when conducting transactions. Therefore, the activities of digital media carried out by PR have the potential to build the trust of clients who have made transactions with Prima Contractor Companies. The purpose of this research is to find out how the digital PR of the Prima Contractor company can grow consumer loyalty. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon in depth through deep data collection, which is more emphasized is the problem of depth (quality) of data not the amount (quantity) of data that is more concerned with an object in order to see the process of occurrence of a problem with in-depth analysis. Researchers can conclude that the convenience of prospective customers plays an important role in creating customer loyalty in cooperating, besides that professionalism is also needed to build customer trust and make them collaborate continuously with Prima Contractor companies. digital PR strategy in growing loyalty, the researcher suggests to further researchers to be able to conduct research by looking for other sources related to digital PR strategies.
