Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan bank dengan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2019. Metode ini dapat dinilai melalui indikator kinerja atau rasio non performing loan (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), self assessment untuk GCG, return on asset (ROA), net interest margin (NIM), dan capital adequacy ratio (CAR). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan tahunan pada periode 2017-2019 yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling yaitu dimana dari total populasi penelitian yang berjumlah 42 perusahaan perbankan konvensional, kemudian terpilih 24 perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang dapat menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diperlihatkan dari perhitungan rata-rata pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa penilaian terhadap perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2019 terdapat dominan lebih banyak perbankan dalam kondisi sehat dibandingkan dengan perbankan dalam kondisi sangat sehat dan cukup sehat. Ada 13 perusahaan perbankan yang berpredikat “Sehat”, sedangkan 10 perusahaan perbankan lainnya berpredikat “Sangat Sehat” dan sisanya berpredikat “Cukup Sehat”. Untuk rata-rata tertinggi dari perhitungan RGEC diduduki oleh perusahaan berkode BBCA dengan nilai 95,56% yang berarti perusahaan tersebut dalam kondisi “Sangat Sehat”. Sedangkan untuk rata-rata terendah ditempati oleh perusahaan berkode BBKP yang memiliki nilai perhitungan sebesar 70,70%, hal ini berarti perusahaan tersebut dalam kondisi “Cukup Sehat”. Terlepas dari sehat atau tidaknya kondisi kesehatan bank, terdapat beberapa perbankan yang mengalami penurunan terhadap analisis RGEC setiap tahunnya. Namun, adapula perusahaan perbankan yang mengalami kenaikan pada setiap tahunnya yaitu bank dengan kode BBKP dan BJTM. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kesehatan Bank, Metode RGEC
