Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian Tugas Akhir dengan judul Pemanfaatan Limbah Bengkel Motor Menggunakan Sistem Thermoelectric Generator untuk pengisian Aki yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan suhu di antara jenis-jenis sampah melalui proses pembakaran utnuk mendapatkan sumber energi panas dan untuk mengetahui tegangan keluaran dan kuat arus yang dapat di bangkitkan menggunakan Thermoelectric Generator tipe TEC-12706 sekaligus memanfaatkan sampah atau Limbah yang hanya akan di buang. Prinsip kerja penelitian ini yakni untuk mendapatkan nilai nilai maksimal yang di dapatkan dari proses pembakaran sebagai sumber kalor untuk diserap TEG tipe TEC-12706 dan membuang panas dengan menggunakan water block. Hasil pengujian dengan rangkaian seri paralel 8 modul Thermoelectric Generator tipe TEC-12706 membangkitkan sampai dengan 23,2 Volt dan kuat arus sebesar 1,04 amperen, kemudian akan di stabilkan menggunakan modul Buck Boost Converter menjadi 13,9 Volt untuk di suplai ke aki kapasitas 12 V 5 Ah hingga penuh selama 5 jam.
