Abstract

Marketing communication activities are very important in building a success in a company. The more choices of media used in running an activity in the delivery of corporate messages to consumers then each company must be able to choose the most appropriate media in accordance with the conditions. Development of marketing communication activities within a company is an obligation that must be considered in order to contribute in the center of the company. These conditions make PT. Multiprint Mandiri Success motivated to get better. The success achieved by PT. Multiprint Mandiri Success certainly supported by many factors, one of which is by planning marketing communication activities used by PT. Multiprint Mandiri Success. Therefore the author of the term motivation to conduct research, with the aim to know and analyze marketing communications activities Toner Compatible products. Data completion techniques are conducted by conducting indepth interviews and direct observation of the implementation of marketing communications activities. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative type. In doing marketing communication activities used is integrated marketing communication model (Integrated Marketing Communication). Based on the results of analysis and interviews that can be done concluded marketing activities compatible toner products in PT. Multiprint Mandiri Success is quite effective and in line with using the integrated marketing communications (IMC) model consisting of seven things (Kotler and Keller, 2009: 514), namely Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion (Sales Promotion), Public Relations Relations) , Personal Selling, Advertising (Advertising), Corporate Identity, and Packaging.
