Abstract
PT. Bank CTBC Indonesia is one of the leading banks in Taiwan. CTBC Indonesia began operations in Indonesia in mid-1997 primarily to serve the Indonesia-Taiwan trade. With a strong authorized capital and consistent performance since its establishment, Bank CTBC Indonesia is recognized as one of the leading banks in Indonesia. Bank CTBC Indonesia provides a complete scope for corporate and individual banking services throughout Indonesia with a commitment to become a reliable and trustworthy bank. The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze the effect of Promotion, Company Image and Service Quality on Loan Decision Making Bank CTBC in Surabaya partially or simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were all customers who made KTA loans (KTA) at CTBC Bank in Surabaya, taken in the number of 75 customers using the nonprobability sampling method. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that partially Promotion, Company Image and Service Quality have a significant effect on the Decision to Take Credit Loans (KTA) at CTBC Bank in Surabaya.
