Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of social security, self-efficacy and servant leadership on organizational commitment and its impact on employee performance at RSI (Rumah Sakit Islam) Nashrul Ummah Lamongan. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using data analysis based on empirical theory between the variables in this study, then data is collected by questionnaire instrument. To analyze the data, The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used from the AMOS statistical software package in modeling and hypothesis testing. The total population sampling method with total population of 240 employees. The results of this study indicate that Social security has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, Social security has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment at RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan employees is more dominantly influenced by servant leadership, with an influence coefficient of 0.363, then self-efficacy (0.355) and social security (0.263). Employee performance at RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan is more dominantly influenced by self-efficacy, with an influence coefficient of 0.359, then organizational commitment (0.323), servant leadership (0.218) and social security (0.023). Based on the research findings and conclusions previously described, several suggestions can be made by The leadership of the Ummah Lamongan Islamic Hospital continues to maintain and improve the leadership style, especially in treating employees as private individuals not only as members of a work group, willing to listen to difficulties and complaints and provide advice to employees. This is because the servant leadership style that is applied turns out to have the greatest influence on the organizational commitment of RSI employees. The leadership of the Ummah Lamongan Islamic Hospital continues to maintain and improve self-efficacy and servant leadership because if it is supported by a strong employee organizational commitment, the employee's performance will be even better. And for the last further research should be done especially to see the relationship between social security and organizational commitment and employee performance given the few references available.
