Abstract

In order to support integrated urban infrastructure development, the Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing conduct periodic road maintenance projects to support the development of the economy. One of the national roads in the district Lamandau of Central Kalimantan were roads Limit West Kalimantan - Kudangan - Penopa. The condition of roads is currently inadequate for the development of traffic. The purpose of this study were (1) Getting the costs necessary for the project Periodic Maintenance Road Limit Kalbar - Kudangan - Penopa, Lamandau District, (2) Getting the most opportune time required implementation of periodic maintenance of roads in the road Limit Kalbar - Kudangan - Penopa in the District Lamandau. After the evaluation of the project periodic maintenance, it was found that (1) cost required for the project Periodic Maintenance Boundary Road West Kalimantan - Kudangan - Penopa,Lamandau District Rp 9.75 billion, with a construction period of 180 calendar days starting from 30 April 2015 until by October 26, 2015 and the 7.846 km road length, (2) After the determination of the critical path, and with no change in the cost of the planned completion of the obtained periodic maintenance work is 130 calendar days, can be accelerated to 50 days, or 27.78% of the original planning 180 calendar days. Event periodic maintenance work that can not be postponed (critical work) is a.Mobilisasi Earlier, during 18 days, b. Lataston Base Perata (HRS-Base (L)) (gradation gap / semi gaps), for 17 days, c. Lataston Lapis Aus Perata (HRS-WC) (L) (gradation gap / semi gaps), for 11 days, d. Couple Stones with Mortar, for 61 days, Trail Marker Thermoplastic, for 17 days, e. Final mobilization, for 6 days. Although the Periodic Maintenance activity accelerated to 130 calendar days obtained most of the activities in accordance with the plan.This was shown by the deviation indicator has a value of 0. The research location was the implementation of the road pavement Road Borders Kalbar - Kudangan -Penopa, Lamandau District, namely Periodic Maintenance Package Program Limits Road Kalbar - Kudangan - Penopa, with a contract value of Rp 9.75 billion, contract no. HK.02.03 / PPK.Penopa-Wil.I / KTRK / IV / 2015/37, dated April 30, 2015 and the 7.846 km long road.
