The road is an asset that must be managed and function optimally. The highway is one of the infrastructure that will accelerate the growth and development of a region and will open social relations, economy and culture betweenregions.The road was formed of several layers of pavement. Pavement on the road will decrease the level of service. The reduced level of service characterized by damage to the lining of the pavement, the damage also varies in each segment along the road and when left in a long period of time, then it can worsen the condition of pavement layers that can affect the safety, comfort and smoothness in traffic.One road artery, Central Kalimantan city of Palangkaraya roads. The condition of roads is currently inadequate for the development of traffic, signage damage to the wear layer, ie cracks, hollows or grooves lengthwise direction of the road, potholes, and jembulan asphalt. This was a problem that was quite disturbing for road users majors city of Palangka Raya.The purpose of the study is to get a budget model financing routine maintenance of the primary arterial city of Palangkaraya.21X93,406X6.440,489,71866.424.119YˆAfter calculation routine maintenance models, it was found that the Model Budget Financing Routine Maintenance Primary Arterial Road city of Palangkaraya was Regression analyzes were performed using the widely variable and LHR great way to routine road maintenance budget in 2015 to predict the amount of routine maintenance budgets for years to come.It is recommended that the model equations obtained from the regression analysis in this study can obtain more accurate results, the addition of the variables involved in the financing of routine road maintenance needs to be done.
