Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Confidence, and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest among Business Administration students at the University of August 17, 1945, Surabaya. This research is motivated by the importance of developing entrepreneurship among students as an effort to create human resources who are not only oriented as job seekers but also capable of becoming job creators. Entrepreneurship education, self-confidence, and family environment are seen as factors that play a role in shaping students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to Business Administration students at the University of August 17, 1945, Surabaya who met the criteria for being research respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of each independent variable and their simultaneous influence on entrepreneurial interest. The results showed that Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Confidence, and Family Environment partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on students' Entrepreneurial Interest. Entrepreneurship Education was the most dominant factor influencing entrepreneurial interest. These findings indicate that the better the entrepreneurship education students receive, the higher their self-confidence, and the more supportive their family environment, the higher their interest in entrepreneurship. Based on these research findings, it can be concluded that the development of students' entrepreneurial interest is influenced by a combination of academic, psychological, and social factors. Therefore, synergy between universities, families, and students is needed to create an environment that can encourage the development of an entrepreneurial orientation among the younger generation.
