Abstract
Burnout merupakan permasalahan psikologis yang rentan dialami oleh guru pendamping khusus (GPK) di sekolah inklusi akibat tingginya tuntutan kerja dan tekanan emosional. Salah satu faktor personal yang diduga berperan dalam menekan burnout adalah efikasi diri, dengan grit sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan burnout, hubungan efikasi diri dengan grit, hubungan grit dengan burnout, serta menguji peran grit sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara efikasi diri dan burnout pada guru pendamping khusus di sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 115 guru pendamping khusus yang bekerja di sekolah inklusi di Surabaya dan Sidoarjo, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi skala efikasi diri, grit, dan burnout yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PROCESS Macro model 4 oleh Hayes untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung (mediasi) dengan teknik bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berhubungan negatif secara signifikan dengan burnout, serta grit berhubungan negatif secara signifikan dengan burnout. Namun, efikasi diri tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan grit, sehingga grit tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan burnout. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan grit berperan sebagai sumber daya personal yang bekerja secara langsung dan paralel dalam menekan burnout, bukan sebagai mekanisme mediasi berurutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan efikasi diri merupakan faktor kunci dalam pencegahan burnout pada guru pendamping khusus, sementara pengembangan grit tetap penting sebagai faktor protektif independen. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi psikologis dan dukungan institusional yang berfokus pada peningkatan keyakinan diri dan ketahanan kerja guru pendamping khusus di sekolah inklusi.
