Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Culture, and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, Surabaya Branch. The research method used was quantitative, with questionnaires distributed to 80 employee respondents. Data analysis used instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicated that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests indicated that the data were normally distributed, free from multicollinearity, and free from heteroscedasticity. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership Style, Work Culture, and Job Stress significantly influence Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work Culture had the most dominant influence on performance improvement, followed by Work Stress and Transformational Leadership Style. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.882 indicates that the three independent variables explain 88.2% of the variability in Employee Performance. These findings emphasize the importance of inspirational leadership styles, a positive work culture, and effective stress management in improving employee performance in finance companies.
