Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Cv Mentari Pagi Engineering Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu karyawan di CV Mentari Pagi Engineering Sidoarjo dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner dan wawancara, skala pernyataan menggunakan skala likert lima gradasi dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
