Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PERUM BULOG Kantor Cabang Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah seluruh karyawan sejumlah 72 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan bantuan kuisioner dengan pengukuran nilai skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 25 dan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
