Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Ability, Work Resilience, and Job Insecurity on Employee Performance at PT. Gloria Bisco. The research is motivated by the varying levels of employee performance in the production department, which are assumed to be affected by differences in technical skills, psychological endurance, and perceived job uncertainty. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of 398 production employees, and using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability prior to analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, including t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: (1) Work Ability has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (2) Work Resilience has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (3) Job Insecurity has no significant effect on Employee Performance; and (4) Work Ability, Work Resilience, and Job Insecurity simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Gloria Bisco. The study concludes that strengthening technical competencies and enhancing psychological resilience are key factors in improving employee performance. Meanwhile, job insecurity does not directly affect performance, although it remains important to manage in order to maintain employees’ psychological stability. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the company in formulating more effective human resource development policies.
